This small Kai knife is very practical and effective for all your precise and sharp daily cuts.
It can be used as a vegetable knife to peel and cut fruits and vegetables without risking damage to the flesh. Its 9cm stainless steel blade is thin and very sharp.
Kai, known for its level of demand on both the quality and design of its knives, presents here, a design and ergonomic interior knife with a very robust and aesthetic cherry handle. It has a protective case so it can be stored or transported safely.
Maintenance is very easy, we recommend you simply wash in hot water with a mild soap and especially to dry it well to prevent the wood from working. Be careful to preserve the edge of the blade, we advise 20th to put your knives Kai in the dishwasher.
