Where is my package?

For delivery by UPS

Once my order is shipped , I received a confirmation e -mail with a link to track the delivery of my package . I only need to click this link to know at any time where my order is. I also track my package on the site www.ups.com indicating the tracking number that I received in my inbox.

 

For deliveries with Mondial Relay

I just need to log in to my account. For this, I click on " MY ACCOUNT" in the site's top right www.colichef.fr and I encode my email address and my password.

 

For deliveries So Colissimo

I just need to log in to my account. For this, I click on " MY ACCOUNT" in the site's top right www.colichef.fr and I encode my email address and my password.

 

What will happen if I am not present during the delivery of my package?

For deliveries by UPS

If you are not home when UPS comes , a notice will be left in your lettersbox. You can then contact UPS to arrange another delivery date. Otherwise, the UPS driver will make up to three attempts the following days to deliver. After 3 attempts, your parcel will be returned to Colichef

For deliveries with Mondial Relay

No problem, your package waiting for you in your Mondial Relay point for 14 days. After this time it will be returned to Colichef .
