This professional cutting board is particularly used for cutting poultry. Professionals will use a red cutting board for meat,a blue one for fish,a green one for fruits/vegetables and a brown one for the roast. These different colours avoid the risk of cross-contamination. One board per use! Ideal to meet all HACCP requirements. These polyethylene boards are non-absorbent, odourless, non-toxic and moisture resistant. Be careful not to place them near a heat source. It is possible to use a plank scraper to ensure that they are always smooth and flawless.
