This Parmesan knife has a rigid blade perfectly designed for cutting hard pasta such as Parmesan.
It makes it easy to cut and crumble Parmesan cheese. The almond-shaped stainless steel blade is thick to split the Parmesan grinders while retaining the fineness of its grain.
Its over-moulded handle with a round tip is very practical and ensures an excellent grip to split hard cheeses.
The Parmesan knife can be placed in the dishwasher for intense cleaning.
