Ideal for making decorations on your citrus fruits and vegetables and/or extracting their zest! This professional stainless steel zester cane Has a 7 cm blade.
Beware, the location of the canopy on the blade has been designed for right-handers. The zesting flute also exists for left-handed.
Convenient, this right-handed groover features a stainless steel virole and can therefore be placed in the dishwasher for quick cleaning.
Its polypropylene handle is a very nice finish, it ensures excellent resistance to high temperatures, chemical agents (detergents ...) and a good hold in the face of possible shocks.
