This Mallard Ferrière rolling pin is a one-piece without a handle. Because of its polyethylene material it is non-stick. Ideal for spreading gum paste, sugar paste, frangipane, fondant, egg white icing and bread dough. A must for professional pastry chefs or individuals!
Easy to clean, you just rinse it with hot soapy water, you can also position it in the top floor of your dishwasher.
