Professional food spray made from coloured cocoa butter. Gives a velvet effect to your entremets, logs, cupcakes (previously passed in the freezer).
Simple and easy-to-use aerosol between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. It is advisable to wait at least 2 hours before serving.

Spray very easy to use, which will give a professional velvet effect to your desserts and a rendering worthy of professional pastry chefs. For optimal results, I advise you to leave the spray at room temperature at least 2 to 3 hours before use. Sprayed on your dessert, still frozen, at a distance of about 30 cm and this on a thin layer, to avoid seeing the bead crack. Don't hesitate to use the dye gun for better spray accuracy. After use, turn the spray over and press the valve so that the air comes out to purge the valve and the cocoa butter does not clog it. |

Les sprays sont de bonne qualité, mais ce qui me fait enlever une étoile est le fait que le jaune soit plus foncé sur le gâteau que sur la petite pastille de la bouteille. Sinon je suis très ravie de ces sprays !
