the Isi® brand's siphons are considered by top chefs to be the best siphons in the world.
The isi Gourmet Whip ® siphon is specially designed for hot and cold preparations. You can fill it with hot preparations up to 75oC. Very robust it is made entirely of stainless steel (both the head and the body).
You can store it in a mini oven, like in the refrigerator. Unlike the Thermo Whip siphon, it can be placed in a double boiler. The 25cl siphon is not space-saving and is particularly suitable for indoor service.
This Gourmet Whip pack contains:
- The complete Gourmet Whip siphon (head - body - joint - metal hat).
- The 3 sleeves (1 red plastic fluted socket, 1 red plastic tulip socket, 1 stainless steel straight socket)
- The cartridge holder to insert the gas from the cartridges into the siphon
- 1 contoured cleaning brush to perfectly maintain your siphon
- How to use it in French
(Warning, except in some packs, isi siphons are never sold with gas cartridges,think about it at the time of your purchase).
