Ref :U921Box 10 ISI siphon cartridges
This box contains 10 isi cartridges each containing 8 grams of N2O gas.
They are specially designed to make cream, desserts, espumas, sauces and soups. They fit perfectly with all the cream siphons from isi such as thermo whip or gourmet whip for example.
Note: One cartridge per half-litre should be used. If you use a half-litre or quarter-litre siphon, you must put a cartridge. If you use a one-litre siphon, you will use two cartridges.

The cartridges ISI are very good qualities. Essential to make very airy foams and the inevitable Chantilly homemade! Note: For a 1 litre siphon you have to hit 2 full cartridges against 1 for a 1/2 litre siphon. When a cartridge is punctured it is no longer reusable later. |
