We advise you to clean it in hot water after each use, you can use a brush if necessary, especially after chopping meat and then wipe it thoroughly with a cloth.
For maintenance, clean it with an odourless and tasteless oil (e.g. a specific cutting board oil, white mineral oil or grape seed oil). The wood closes on contact with the oil, forming a protective layer.
