The mandolin Benriner remains my favorite mandolin, it is very light thanks to its solid plastic manufacture and its edge remains incomparable even when using it every day. The rear screw makes it easy to adjust the cutting height of the products. A professional will prefer the 9.5cm or 12cm wide mandolin, while the 6.5cm wide model will satisfy most enthusiasts. |

La mandoline est de très bonne qualité, je regrette juste que ce modèle jumbo de 12cm ne soit pas équipé des lames interchangeables (lames fines, moyennes et larges). Je ne le savais pas, j’aurais commandé le modèle de 9,5 cm qui en est équipé....

Tres bonne mandoline coupe tres efficace on peut couper extrêmement fin 12 cm de largeur de coupe parfaite mandoline en plastique mais tres robuste rapport qualité prix imbattable.
