The "plus" of this range compared to the Chef Class series is that Chef stoves have a stainless steel tail,which allows them to be used in the oven.
This professional stove is compatible with all lights (gas, electric, vitro) except induction.
The non-stick coating is ultra-strong, has 4 layers, providing excellent durability.
The aluminum body is thick: 3 to 5mm. This frying pan provides a speed of transmission and distribution of heat for perfect cooking!
