When is my package shipped?

When you order before 12:00 p.m., your parcel is shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).
If you place your order after 12pm, on weekends or on a public holiday, your parcel will be shipped the next business day.

We know you're in a hurry, you don't have time to waste and you don't want to run to buy your kitchen utensils! That's why Colichef thought of everything! To make sure you don't miss anything, all our items are in stock in our warehouses, ready to be sent to you.

Note: If you prefer to pay for your order by bank transfer or cheque, the goods will only be shipped after receiving your payment. In any case, the items will be reserved for you for 15 days.
