The principle is simple.

Each time you make a purchase on Colichef.com (except on electrical equipment and books), you earn points equivalent to the amount of your purchase, i.e. 1 loyalty point earned for every 1 euro spent.

How do you turn your loyalty points into vouchers?

You can turn your loyalty points at any time into a voucher, through your customer account.

All you need to do is log in.

Go to"Manage Your Loyalty Points."

As soon as you have accumulated enough points, this is where the vouchers that are available appear.

Choose the "Buy Voucher" you want to use and click"Details."

You have access to the features of the voucher (validity dates...). Select"exchange."

Once exchanged, the easiest way is to return to your customer account by clicking"Access my account"and then"Manage my loyalty points."

You now see your voucher appear in"Used Points." A code has been generated automatically.

Copy and paste this code in the insert provided for this purpose in your basket, then validate by clicking on the small red arrow, to the right of the seized field.
