Where's my package?

For deliveries by UPS
As soon as my order is shipped, I receive a confirmation email with a link to track the delivery of my package. All I have to do is click on this link to know how my order is being delivered at all times. I can also track my package on the www.ups.com website by indicating the tracking number I received in my inbox.


For So Colissimo deliveries
All I have to do is log it into my account. To do this, I click "MY COMPTE" in the top right corner of the site www.colichef.fr and I encode my email address and password.



What if I'm not present when I deliver my package?

For deliveries by UPS
If you are not at home when the UPS delivery driver is passing, a notice of passage will be placed in your mailbox. You can then contact UPS to agree on another delivery date. Failing that, the UPS delivery driver will make up to three delivery attempts in the following days. After these 3 attempts, your package will be sent back to Colichef.
