1. Click"Welcome, identify yourself"(top right of the site)

2. A new page opens, click"did you have an account on our old site?"

3. In the box below, indicate your email address and click the"Find my password"button

4. A confirmation message is sent to the email address you have just indicated.

5. Check your inbox.

A new message invites you to confirm your password request.

To confirm this request, click on the link in the message.

6. After confirming your password request by clicking on the link, you receive a second email with the new password.

7. All you have to do is log in to your account with your email address and password.

You can then change your password in your customer account.
