This professionally frying skimmer has a diameter of 12 cm and has a long handle of 31 cm.
The handle is hollow, making it easy to store by hanging the skimmer suspended by the handle.
This 18/10 stainless steel frying skimmer is ideal for gently removing food dipped in a frying pan or pot with hot water.
Welded stainless steel mesh is a handy grid for catching and draining frying as oil and other liquids flow quickly.

Merci pour votre avis même si celui-ci est négatif.
Je pense que le fabricant de cet écumoire ne serait pas content de lire que vous comparez son produit à un produit chinois à 0,99 euros. ;-) Bref ...

Ce n’est pas un coup d’coeur un peu déçu mais entre la photo du web et le produit en main ce n’e Pas vraiment ce que je rechercher mais tous petit prix donc ça prendra place dans un tiroir à bordel ????
