This rolling pin is standard size, 50 cm long, which allows the dough to work the entire length. It offers a very smooth rendering and avoids the adhesion of the dough. Made of beech wood from a single block, it is easy to take in hand for professional use or not.
For the maintenance of your wooden rolling pin, cleaning is simple (with hot water only or soapy as needed). You can also coat your roll with food oil from time to time.
