Very practical, this set of professional cutting boards is ideal to meet all HACCP requirements. Thanks to the different colours you will avoid the risk of cross-contamination. One board per use! Theseprofessional cutting lanches are non-absorbent, odourless, non-toxic and moisture resistant. Be careful not to place them near a heat source to preserve the surface. It is possible to use a plank scraper to ensure that they are always smooth and flawless.
