Matfer's Elite Pro range offers a quality finish with its non-stick interior and exterior. The rivets are also coated to make this pan completely non-stick.
The non-stick coating is made up of 4 PTFE layers with a scratch-proof sublayer,ensuring flawless robustness.
Aluminiumis very thick which ensures better heating and makes it indeformable.
The cold stainless steel cast-iron tail provides maximum and secure user comfort.
This high-end non-stick frying pan is compatible with all fires including induction thanks to its thick aluminium body (5 mm). Indeed, a special stainless steel coating plate is embedded in the thick body of the pan.
It has a hanging eye to make it easier to store.

This Elite pro non-stick frying pan is top. Probably the best special non-stick induction stove we could test. It is very robust, just by the grip you feel perfectly that we are dealing with a professional quality stove! It is used in particular in front cooking for "cooking show". It guarantees regular and precise cooking with gas, vitro, electricity and even induction. |
