Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser votre avis.
Si vous n'êtes pas satisfaite de votre produit, il est tout à fait possible de nous le retourner.
Maintenant, nous pensons que le problème viendrait plutôt d'une température inadaptée au moment de la cuisson de vos œufs.
Comme expliqué lors de nos échanges, nous n'avons jamais rencontré de soucis avec ce produit.
C'est plutôt même le contraire, c'est un produit de très bonne finition.
Je vais demander à notre service clientèle de reprendre contact avec vous afin de trouver une solution à votre problème.
