Cooking:

  • Perfect cooking: homogeneous thickness
  • Resistance from -60 to 230 degrees Celsius (use of freezer in baking oven)
  • To ensure excellent cooking quality, it is recommended to place the mussels on racks or perforated plates in the oven.

  • No losses (anti-stick): therefore economical

Resistance:

  • Pure food silicone injected
