This exopan log gutter is ideal for molding logs, mousses, baking your cookies and many other cakes.
Thanks to its non-stick coating, this log pan ensures an easy removal!
The exopan gutter is 35 cm long, 8 cm wide and 5.5 cm high.
The exopan is afine wax coat coated with an anti-stick layer on the inside. This thin thickness of steel favours the colouring of the cakes.
You are advised not to place this mold in the refrigerator or dishwasher because it is afraid of moisture.
A simple cleaning by wiping inside and outside is recommended.
