Chocolate icing Brillance Noire Cacao Barry 2 kg

Ideal for a perfect icing of your achievements (entremets, logs...). Its semi-liquid texture is very easy to spread, and gives a beautiful dark and shiny color to your pastries (mirror effect nappage).

Don't hesitate to heat it (maximum 30oC) to coat your pastries more easily.
