Le Rouet Gourmet vegetable cutter Bron Coucke

This professional vegetable cutter Le Rouet lets you cut vegetables into spaghetti, tagliatelle or garlands in a snap.

Ideal for making refined and original presentations for your salads, side dishes, plates of raw vegetables ...

Economical, with few vegetables to get a large volume of raw vegetables! It comes with a tapering 1mm block to make angel hair, a 2mm tapering block for spaghetti, a 4mm tapering block for matches and a 7mm tapering block knife.

Tips for use:

To make vegetable garlands,simply center and prick the vegetable on the heart-cutting blade, then drag the cart and prick the drive wheel. Then turn the crank clockwise by pushing on the base of the trolley to move it forward. You can choose the cut thickness by turning the wheel button at the back of the cassette to rotate the flat blade.
To make angel hair, spaghetti and tagliatelle, insert a tapering block, with a choice of 1.2 or 4 mm depending on the desired cut. Engage the tapered block at the back of the cassette and attach it to the cornerer, then adjust the cutting thickness with the wheel button. To make square section spaghetti, set the cut thickness to 2 mm.
To make thinner or thicker spaghetti, reduce or increase the cutting thickness with the button
Wheel.
Note: cabbage and onion are special vegetables because they are made up of very tight layered layers; when cut with a Rouet®, you don't need to use a tapering block to get filaments.
This is interesting for the making of sauerkraut or onion fritters, where we look for the length of the filaments.
To obtain shorter filaments, simply cut the cabbage or onion with a tapering block of 2 or 4 mm (the 1 mm is excluded to avoid a risk of "stuffing").
