Designed by French Pastry Master Christophe Vinot, the SPOON DROP feather spoon is highly appreciated by gastronomy professionals to dramatize their flat dishes and bring a personal signature.
As a kitchen artist, you too sign and care for your presentations with the SPOON DROP and impress your guests with your culinary art!
With extremely simple use, these SPOON DROP spoons do not require any particular know-how and allow to obtain stunning results from the first uses. All that remains is to give way to your imagination.
Sold in a box containing 2 spoons of different sizes
- 1 spoon feather SPOONDROP small model and stainless feather with a length of 19 cm
- 1 spoon spoon SPOONDROP large model and stainless feather with a length of 23 cm
Ideal for creating a stunning décor or a signature with:
- a salty sauce
- a tomato coulis
- balsamic vinegar
- an emulsion of vegetables or fish
- a relaxed mash
- a meat juice
- a hollandaise sauce
- a fruit coulis
- a chocolate sauce
- a caramel
- a custard
How to use it:
In a small container, remove a small amount of sauce from the feather spoon and place the tip of the spoon vertically on your plate by sliding the feather over the porcelain.
You can get full and untied features at your leisure. You can layer different color lines or combine strokes and dotted lines.
