Soluble in water or in liquid preparations, the concentrated aroma is mixed with drinks, used to perfume yoghurts, flans, pastries, confectionery... or to enhance the taste of certain foods such as ice cream.
It supports high-temperature cooking without altering the aroma's fragrance.
These aromas are concentrated products, we advise you to start with a light dosage and increase the dose if necessary.

Le goût est subtile mais la composition n'est pas clair, on ne sait pas si l'arôme est naturel ou chimique. Et cela fait pour moi la différence, par conséquent je ne l'utiliserais pas. Substances aromatisantes et propylène glycol pour la conservation. La composition fait peur

Je suis pâtissière et je recommande sincèrement ce produit. Ne regardez pas au prix car 125ml et seulement quelques gouttes suffisent pour retrouver le parfum donc le flacon dure longtemps... Je l’utilise dans tout (Crêpes, gaufres, crèmes, brioches, tartes, muffins ou tous autres gâteaux... ) J'ai refait le plein de plusieurs arômes car ils sont vraiment excellents !
