This Bright Spark kitchen blowtorch with piezo and professional flow control button is ideal for browning meats or meringue tops, caramelize the crème brûlée,wilt the peppers, peel the tomatoes, smoke the eggplant, prepare poultry or game before cooking, coat the pastry pans with butter, caramel or chocolate, unmold the cold desserts, carve the ice or chocolate, or melt the cheese to make toppings.
It can also be used to soften burnt food residues or grease deposits before cleaning, or to sterilize stainless steel kitchen utensils. Used outdoors to light barbecues, ovens, brazs, torches and wood fires.
It is compatible with 400ml pro blowtorch gas refills.
