This piezo blowtorch is ideal for sticking sugar pieces together or caramelizing the surface of entremets, crème brûlées...
It recharges exclusively with a 345 ml blowtorch gas cartridge.

Merci pour votre message. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré de soucis avec ce chalumeau.
C'est un produit que nous utilisons également en interne. Il répond parfaitement aux règles de sécurité.
Il est possible également de diminuer fortement la puissance de la flamme.
