Carmine red candied cherry candied cherries come from natural fruits. This crunchy texture with a firm hold is obtained by osmotic dehydration spared in a sucrose syrup.
Packaged in an airtight plastic box, candied cherries keep perfectly well. A box contains about 40 to 50 drained candied red cherries.
