This dryer allows the fresh pasta to be gently placed on the dryer in a blink of an end! The step of transferring the pasta machine to the fan is delicate but is facilitated with the accessory provided with the dryer. Some will say that it is not an essential accessory but we quickly become dependent on it! This is very convenient especially when the pasta has a slightly sticky texture! |
