Ref :P420With micro-perforations, get a smooth cooking and a nice coloring of your dough thanks to the evaporation of water during the cooking phase. Your dough will be smooth, crisp and coloured.
These micro-perforations will also make it easier for you to unmould.
The rectangles, made in France,are totally made of stainless steel. They support hot as well as cold and micro-perforations do not alter the perfect solidity of the circle. The large dimensions are reinforced by bent edges for better stiffness.
