This pastry frame, also known as a foam frame or a frame with a brace, is composed of 4 pieces that are interwoven by jamming.
This expandable system makes it easy to scale the frame while making it easy to clean.
You can give it a minimum size of 30x20 cm up to a maximum dimension of 56x36 cm.
Entirely made of stainless steel of wide thickness (2mm),it ensures perfect hygiene and good robustness.
It is ideal for pastry use combined with a Flexipat and relief mat.
