These sliced blanched ground almonds come from California. They are delivered in an airtight bag.
Bleached sled almonds are used for all baking, including the decoration of cakes and pies. They can also be grilled or roasted.
Natural almonds are cut into thin strips of 0.4 to 0.6 mm.
