Use this professional-grade extra white pastry fondant for your pastries.
Its creamy texture is perfect for making a frosting of lightning, mille-feuille, religious, cabbage ... Know that you can flavour and color the fondant to your liking.
To soften the pastry fondant, simply put the desired amount in the bath marries or microwaves at a temperature between 30 and 37 degrees Celsius.

This fondant is ideal for all your frostings, its texture is firm and easy to work with. Warm your fondant in a double boiler and handle it with a spatula or socket pocket. Tip: To relax the icing add liquid cane sugar (between 3 and 5% of the fondant weight). To color your icing evenly, dilute your dye in liquid cane sugar before incorporating it into the fondant. |

J'ai acheté quelques pots de Fondant blanc et je ne regrette pas car il est très malléable et très couvrant, le tout à un prix très attractif !
