Box 50 N20 ISI cartridges for siphon

Essential to make your preparations cold or hot with a siphon (fresh creams, whipped cream, espumas...).

New cartridge isi professional with a new capacity of 8.4 grams (up from 8 grams previously) of N2O gas.

These isi cartridges fit perfectly with all isi cream siphons such as thermo whip or gourmet whip, as well as siphons from other brands.

Note: One cartridge per half-litre should be used. If you use a half-litre or quarter-litre siphon, you must put a cartridge. If you use a one-litre siphon, you will use two cartridges.

The cartridges isi are of very good quality. Essential to make very airy foams and the inevitable Chantilly homemade!

Note: For a 1 litre siphon you have to use 2 cartridges against 1 for a 1/2 litre siphon. Be careful if you fill your siphon by 1 litre half you will still have to put 2 cartridges.

When a cartridge is punctured, the gas is completely emptied and it is no longer reusable at a later date.
