This cover protects your hands when entering the stainless steel bottle isi in case of hot preparations.
Equipped with the protective heat cover isi, the isi siphon can be kept warm in a double boiler up to 75 degrees Celsius.
Heat protective covers are available for 0.5-L isi siphons such as the isi thermo whip siphon and 1 L such as the isi gourmet whip siphon.
