These dark chocolate Callebaut baker's sticks are specially designed for chocolate rolls (chocolate), buns, pastries or chocolate croissants.
They offer an intense flavour and a crunchy texture,rich in cocoa (44%), the sticks are 8 cm long, they resist heat when cooking up to a temperature of 200oC.
Technical features:
- Dark chocolate sticks 8 cm
- Ingredients: sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour
- Conservation: away from light and heat (from 12 to 20 degrees Celsius)
- Packaging: 1.6 kg box

produit super pour faire des pains au chocolat. j'aurai aimé qu'il ne soit pas en vrac dans la boite mais dans un sachet cela m'aurait éviter de les transvaser dans une boite hermétique. sinon super produit
