Correspond à la description sur le site à savoir un produit de qualité sans superflu, compact et sûrement très fiable. Un ustensile qu’on garde 30 ans. Mais attention à son utilisation qui réclame concentration car il coupe les doigts aussi comme toute mandoline et j’en ai fait l’amère l’expérience. Utiliser très rapidement la protection. Les lames sont particulièrement remarquables. J’aurai aimé néanmoins une autre couleur que ce beige un tantinet vieillot.
