The Japanese mandolin Benriner is certainly the most well-known and used mandolin in the world, its incomparable edge is a big part of its reputation. Rigid ABS plastic mandolin with slanted stainless steel blades. Thanks to the screw on the bottom of the mandolin, you can easily adjust the cutting height and therefore the thickness of your slices.
The mandolin allows smooth sliced cuts (maximum thickness of 6 mm) and sticks. Very thin and regular slices, very thin sticks possible (angel hair).
Very easy to maintain, you simply have to detach the blade to wash it individually and safely. The moving plate can also tip back completely backwards for easier cleaning.

- Comes with 3 blades (1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm taper)
- Comes with a safety pusher

The mandolin Benriner remains my favorite mandolin, it is very light thanks to its solid plastic manufacture and its edge remains incomparable even when using it every day. The rear screw makes it easy to adjust the cutting height of the products. A professional will prefer the 9.5 cm wide mandolin while the 6.5 cm wide model will satisfy most enthusiasts. |
