This Rapid Infusion kit allows the quick mixing of a liquid with various aromas. Put a solid aromatic substance (e.g. herbs, spices, fruit) with a liquid (e.g. alcohol, oil, water, vinegar) in a siphon isi. When pressuring with a capsule isi whipped cream as part of the commissioning of the siphon isi, the aroma of the solid substance binds to the liquid which then has a unique aromatic note!
When applying with the Gourmet Whipisi, accessories forisi Rapid Infusion applications make it easy to remove pressure and recover foam or liquids that may escape from it in a container. The sieve set up reduces the possibility of particles passing the solid substance into the head of the siphon. The sieve is not used to empty the liquid from the bottle. To do this, use the set sieve isi funnel and sieve or a fine sieve.
The benefits of the Rapid Infusion Kit:
- A fresh taste: some ingredients such as lemon zest cannot be infused with a classic technique that takes a long time as they degrade over time. Rapid infusion preserves the fresh and natural taste of the ingredients used.
- A balanced taste: Rapid infusion preserves the natural taste of hot pepper for example and restores strength and taste in balanced proportions, which is difficult to obtain with a classic process
- A mild bitter taste: the taste of coffee or chocolate can be processed quickly without bitterness
