De nombreuses idées, petit bémol la complexité des recettes

Ce livre est très intéressant, assez original, surtout pour donner un aperçu de tout ce qui peut être fait avec un siphon ISI. J'aurais cependant préféré que les photos ne soient pas séparés de la partie recettes. Il y a d'un côté les recettes et les photos, seules, en première partie en fortes dimensions.S'ajoutent des conseils importants d'utilisation de l'appareil, il n'y a pas que des recettes de cuisines. Reliure luxueuse très rigide.
