This professional glass confectioner thermometer, also known as a sugar thermometer, is used in pastry or confectionery, especially when baking fruit pasta, caramels and jams. It offers with great legibility with a graduation of 80 to 200 degrees Celsius. Its glass body is protected by a dietary grey polyamide sheath.
Be careful, wait until the temperature has dropped below 90oC before rinsing it with cold water. Also make sure the thermometer does not come into contact with the bottom of the pan to avoid a possible shock.

Conforme à la description, je ne met pas 5, étoiles car il y a un petit peu de "jeu" dans le thermomètre mais à part ça fonctionne parfaitement pour une utilisation professionnelle
