This baking mat is ideal for baking pastries and pastries on a plate or working with sugar and nougatine.
This silpat baking cloth is made of silicone-infused glass. It is resistant in a wide temperature range: from -40 to 300 degrees Celsius!
It measures 58.5 cm by 38.5 cm and can be used on perforated baking sheetsas well as directly on a grill. The use is done without any greasing. It is compatible with a ventilated, sole, steam, microwave and overgeped oven.
Maintenance is very simple, you just have to clean it with a sponge in water after use.

This Silpat baking mat is a must.' It is one of those accessories that revolutionize everyday life in the kitchen! Perfectly non-stick, it does not need to be greased. Of course it is not advisable to cut directly on the canvas. It is extremely strong, it is said that it can do up to 2000 cookings! A word of advice: after use, store it flat or rolled but never folded. |
