SILPAT ANTI-ADHERENTE COOKING WEB - GN 1/1
This baking mat is ideal for baking pastries and pastries on a plate or working with sugar and nougatine.
This silpat baking cloth is made of silicone-infused glass. It resists high temperatures of up to 300 degrees Celsius, and can also be used in freezing to temperatures of -40 degrees Celsius.
It measures 52 cm by 31.5 cm and can be used on perforated baking sheetsas well as directly on a grill. The use is done without any greasing. It is compatible with a ventilated, sole, steam, microwave and overgeped oven.
Silicone-infused glass knitting is a technology that allows for a better diffusion of heat between the plate and the food. This design offers superior resistance to abrasion and sagging.
Maintenance is very simple, you just have to clean it with a sponge in water after use.

Perfectly non-stick, it does not need to be greased.
Of course it is not advisable to cut directly on the canvas.
It is extremely strong, it is said that it can do up to 2000 cookings!
A word of advice: after use, store it flat or rolled but never folded.

Mon fils qui est cuisinier m'avait conseillé ce produit. Cette toile de cuisson permet de faire cuire au four : cookies, macarons... Elle se nettoie à l'eau, pas de détergent . Son rangement doit être à plat et non roulé. Produit utile et de très bonne qualité.
