A complete pack to make all your hot or cold preparations!
Admired by chefs and amateurs alike, the Gourmet Whip siphon is a must for making hot or cold preparations in the blink of an eye. It can be placed in a double boiler, in a mini oven, as in the refrigerator. It will allow you to make preparations of light and airy espumas, cold or hot sauces, tasty sparkling velvets as well as preparations for your desserts or generous whipped cream!
In addition to the gourmet whip 0.5 litre siphon, you will receive in this box a quick infusion kit.
This Rapid Infusion kit allows the quick mixing of a liquid with various aromas. Put a solid aromatic substance (e.g. herbs, spices, fruit) with a liquid (e.g. alcohol, oil, water, vinegar) in a siphon isi. When pressurized with a capsule isi, the aroma of the solid substance binds to the liquid which then has a unique aromatic note! You can perfume your oils, vinegars, alcohol in minutes!
Some examples of achievement: Tequila with Jalapeno, Olive oil with red pepper, Vinegar with thyme, syrups and emulsions....
At Colichef, your 1/2 litre siphon isi is guaranteed for 5 years (2 years of manufacturer's warranty - 3 additional years of warranty offered by Colichef).

Très beau produit, un bémol cependant pour le livre de recettes, les caractères gris clair sur fond blanc sont très difficiles à lire, à la limite de la douleur. Je pense que ISI devrait étudier un changement dans ce domaine.
