It is especially for baking but can also be used on an electric plate, vitro, induction, gas. You can also use it to make an elegant and authentic table presentation.
Practical, oval cast iron dishes are stackable to make storage easier and save space in your kitchen.

The cast iron dishes have a matte black enamelled interior of superior quality and ensure excellent robustness over time.
Melting Staub provides a better distribution of heat in a homogeneous and gradual manner. This also contributes to a better preservation of aromas and flavors.
Tip for first use:
- Rinse your dish in hot water and let it dry. Brush the inside with a little vegetable oil.
- Heat over low heat for a few minutes and wipe off excess oil.
- Your dish is ready to use!
