This Delon stainless steel peeler has a 7 cm long blade. The end is sharp to easily extract seeds or other inedible parts of fruits and vegetables.
Its polypropylene handle is a very nice finish, it ensures excellent resistance to high temperatures, chemical agents (detergents ...) and a good hold in the face of possible shocks.
The stainless steel blade is reinforced by a stainless steel virole. Thanks to the 2 slots, the loss of material is very small when peeling.
It is ideal for peeling vegetables or lifting the skin of more fragile vegetables with delicacy such as tomatoes for example.
