Japanese stainless steel mandolin Louis Tellier

This professional Japanese mandolin Tellier allows you to make julienne, vegetable strips, sticks and washers thanks to its 3 combs.

The mandolin has non-slip feet for better stability. You can easily adjust the cut thickness for the slices with the two meddled screws located under the mandolin. By screwing, you reduce the thickness of your slices and slices, by unscrezing, you increase the thickness.

You can also make sticks and julienne vegetables, fruits. with 3 different widths depending on the desired result with the adapted tapered comb (2mm, 3mm, 6mm). Again, adjust according to the desired thickness with the two screws molested: by screwing, you reduce the thickness of the sticks, unscreading, you increase the thickness of the sticks.

It is advisable to wash the appliance in hot water before the first use. The mandolin can be cleaned without dismantling beforehand, but it can be dismantled for a complete cleaning. The mandolin can be washed on tap and/or dishwasher.

Trop cher pour ne pas pouvoir l'utiliser. La barrette pour faire des carottes râpées est trop éloignée de la lame. Elle est trop souple. Avez-vous expérimenté le produit ? Je suis très déçue d'avoir commandé chez vous.

c'est justement l'inox qui m'a plus, je vais acheter ma mandoline dans un magasin et plus par internet.
