Tips for use
Speed
Speed 2 is most often used for hard food and large foods Quantities. Speed 1 is used for small amounts (for example, liquid does not cover the protective dome at 4 feet) as well light and airy preparations. |
The "turn" movement
During labour, rotate the device slowly with the wrist, lift it slightly and let it fall back into the mass (without pressing). The fineness of the mixture is determined by the duration of the kneading. Tip: When working, place your free hand on the edge of the container to avoid overflowing. |
The "mount" movement
Allow the bamix® rotate for a few seconds at the bottom of the container. Then tilt it and pull it slowly upwards. When the mass no longer rises, lower the unit to the bottom and repeat this process until the desired consistency is achieved. |
Mix
Dip the bamix® of bias into the mass, engage and mix at high speed (the determining factor is speed). Turn off the device before taking it out to avoid splashing. |
